いつものメガネが、そのままオーディオグラスになる。HANGPODは、お気に入りのメガネのテンプルに取り付けるだけでオーディオ機能を足せる、メガネ装着型のオープンイヤスピーカー。オーディオグラスのようにメガネを買い換える必要はなく、イヤホンのように「出して、付けて、外してしまう」手間もありません。一度付けてしまえば、耳を塞がず、蔑れず、ずっと付けていられる。インプットや気分転換のBGMを楽しむことに特化した軽量・ミニマムなデザインで、日常のメガネに“機能をプラス”するガジェットです。
Turn the glasses you already wear into audio glasses. HANGPOD is an open-ear speaker that clips onto the temple of your favourite frames, adding sound without asking you to buy a new pair. Unlike earphones, there is no cycle of taking them out, putting them in and putting them away again — once attached, it stays put, leaving your ears unblocked and free of stuffiness. Light and deliberately minimal, it is built for background listening: podcasts while you work, music while you switch gears. A gadget that simply adds a function to the glasses already on your face.

大阪のWeb制作・開発会社、株式会社おべんちゃー（Oventure）が手がけるハードウェアブランド。「メガネに装着する新しいオーディオ体験」をテーマに、オーディオグラスを買い換えるのではなく、今使っているメガネに後から機能を足すという発想で製品を展開。
